Environmental nonprofit offers free oyster shell recycling for small, minority-owned restaurants in New Orleans

The multinational oil company Shell gave an environmental nonprofit a $40,000 grant last fall, with $30,000 dedicated to serving small or minority-owned restaurants, to provide pick-up services to ten businesses in the next two years.
